Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in Houston to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This full-time role features inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and a pay range of $12–$18 per hour plus uncapped commissions.

You will participate in comprehensive training, licensing, and ongoing mentorship, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property/Casualty license preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurately process currency transactions and deposit documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
