Job summary

Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway Auto Insurance, is hiring an Insurance Agent- Sales, Customer Service in Longview, TX. You will handle inbound leads and walk-ins while earning commissions and a sign-on bonus.

Training and licensing are provided, with a strong focus on growth and mentorship. This role requires strong sales and customer service skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to work with English and Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• License for Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with customers to reach targets.
• Accurately record all currency transactions and deposit proofs in the agency system.
• Educate customers on products that best fit their needs.
