Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Temple, TX to sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, maintain current levels, and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and a robust training program to grow your book of business. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
