Job summary

Confie, including Freeway Auto Insurance, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Amarillo, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Expect uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and comprehensive training with ongoing mentorship.

You will work with a high volume of inbound leads, participate in a strong incentive program, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Connect quickly; educate and advise the customer on products that best fit their needs.
