Renewal by Andersen is seeking top-level sales designers to join our fast-growing team. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will present our window replacement solutions to homeowners and use our proven sales process to close deals.

You will work with industry-leading product samples and in-house support, running up to 12 pre-qualified leads per week. Expect uncapped commissions and a compensation range that reflects your success, with a training period to ramp up.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or field sales preferred.
• Ability to close high-price projects using a consultative approach.
• Availability to schedule homeowner appointments during stated hours.
