Earn $150,000+ annually with a fully commission-based plan, plus paid training and coaching. Candidates should be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and flexible for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow.
• Adaptable, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and flexibility to meet customers during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
