Job summary

Orkin in Hazleton seeks a Home Services Inspector to protect homes with expert termite protection services. You’ll perform comprehensive inspections from attics to crawlspaces and offer practical recommendations to homeowners, building trusted relationships along the way.

No prior industry experience is required—Orkin provides award-winning training, a company vehicle, and a generous benefits package. You can earn up to six figures through base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and protect homes.
• Explain practical solutions to customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using provided tools.
