Orkin Home Services is seeking a motivated Home Services Inspector in Allentown. You will perform thorough termite inspections, recommend effective pest solutions, and build lasting relationships with homeowners. Training is provided, no prior experience needed, with licensing support from the company.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required – training provided.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (covered by company).
• Ability to work in the field independently and help customers.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond to protect homes and families.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical pest solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Build trusted relationships through thorough inspections and professional communication.
• Prepare sales agreements using company tools and close deals with customers.
