Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for business use only.
• Work a varied schedule to meet customers on evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle history required.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled home visits.
