AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Texas, including McKinney. You will work independently, conducting scheduled appointments and delivering hands-on demos to showcase the latest technology and services.

Earn with uncapped commissions; top earners can reach $100,000 annually. Start salary ranges from $61,410 to $100,000 depending on geography, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle record review required.
