Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and presenting effective solutions to protect homes.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, 1–2 years in pest control or sales, and willingness to travel 100%. Training pay is $19–$21/hour, with total annual earnings of about $62,300–$108,400, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to outline customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
