Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your community, assessing customer needs and presenting solutions.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and safety, with no waiting period for benefits. Expect base pay plus uncapped commissions; Year 1 on-target earnings of $65,000+ and top earners over $100,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; prior sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
