Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services, serving as the face of our national brand in your local community. Responsibilities include inspecting homes, proposing pest control solutions, collaborating with service teams, and following up on proposals to close sales.

A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required. The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, OTE of $70k+ first year, and top earners over $100k,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and base proposals on findings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to grow opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up to close sales opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
