Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to promote our pest management services to residential customers within your local community. You’ll represent a national brand, assess customer needs, and design proposals to protect homes and families.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $19.00–$20.19 with uncapped commissions and travel up to 100% of time. Day 1 benefits, health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and introduce enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM and ensure clear understanding of client home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality work.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
