Job summary

NVP Warranty is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the North Houston, TX territory. Build and manage a robust dealership network, onboard new partners, and grow existing accounts while traveling within the region.

You will train dealer teams on NVP products, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor performance using CRM tools. This role offers uncapped commission, a full benefits package, and a monthly car allowance, rewarding results in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
