Job summary

Toyota of Medford is growing its service team and seeks a skilled Automotive Service Advisor. The role focuses on managing the guest experience from arrival to vehicle delivery, presenting maintenance recommendations, and coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure transparent, proactive communication.

Previous dealer service advisor experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales, hospitality or customer-service backgrounds will be considered.
