Lithia & Driveway in Huntington Beach is seeking Sales Representatives to present vehicle models, trim options and financing plans while delivering outstanding customer service. You will engage customers, explain options, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced Hyundai store.

This role offers a commission-based earning potential with an annual range of $48,200 to $158,700. Open availability, training, and growth opportunities are provided to empower a successful car sales career.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Previous experience at an automotive dealership.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with ability to set and hit targets.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options and service programs.
• Complete follow-ups and maintain relationships with customers.
• Track customers using store management system.
• Stay up-to-date with Hyundai products and features.
• Attend product and training sessions.
• Report to Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to reach sales goals.
