Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
• Ability to present information and respond to customer questions.
• Problem-solving skills to handle varied situations with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle preferences.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation.
• Recommend optional equipment and research availability.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on pricing, taxes, trade-ins, and financing.
• Prepare sales documents such as contracts and credit apps.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operation, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain a system for prospect development and follow-up.
• Stay knowledgeable about new products, features, and accessories.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions; adhere to policies.
