Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product features and options to prospects and describe all equipment available for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure the customer understands operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory and features and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight service quality.
