Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is recruiting an Automotive Service Technician for Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in St. Peters, MO. This role performs vehicle repair and maintenance, builds trust with customers, and supports dealership standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including customers and colleagues.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist in other duties as assigned.
