Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen; 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and attend training classes as appropriate.
• Maintain an organized work area and report issues to management.
