Job summary

24 Auto Group’s Automotive Sales Consultant in Somerset, MA serves as the primary contact between customers and the dealership’s sales team, guiding buyers through the purchase and delivery process with transparency and enthusiasm. You will master the full product line, digital tools, and CRM to ensure timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires greeting customers, identifying needs, presenting vehicles, and handling paperwork to close deals while maintaining CSI targets

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for clearly presenting options.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Identify customer needs through conversation, qualification, and product knowledge.
• Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and accompany customers on test drives.
• Prepare sales documentation, trade appraisals, and deal jackets accurately with Sales Managers.
• Manage the full delivery process: Confirm vehicle readiness, fuel, cleanliness, documentation, and registration before delivery.
• Review vehicle features, warranty, and first maintenance schedule with the customer.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and review the Service Menu.
• Emphasize the importance of the Customer Satisfaction Survey during delivery.
• Coordinate pickup of post-delivery items and registration documents.
• Ensure every customer interaction aligns with the dealership’s commitment to transparency and integrity.
