Job summary

Stateline Subaru in Somerset, MA is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to serve as the primary contact between customers and the dealership’s sales team, guiding buyers through the purchase and delivery process with transparency and enthusiasm.

You will master our full product line, digital retail tools, and CRM to ensure timely follow-up and the highest levels of customer satisfaction, collaborating with Sales Management, F&I, and Service to hit volume, gross, and CSI targets.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with a professional demeanor.
• Identify customer needs through conversation and product knowledge.
• Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and accompany customers on test drives.
• Prepare sales documentation, trade appraisals, and deal jackets.
• Manage the full delivery process: vehicle readiness, fuel, cleanliness, documentation, and registration.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and CSI targets.
