Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing sales experience.

• Pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits and warranties; conduct test drives and compare models.
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
• Maintain high CSI scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory and accessories to better serve customers.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
