Job summary

Subaru of Portland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, seeks full-time Trade-Up Sales Consultants to sell new and used vehicles and uphold dealership standards. We want someone eager to grow with the company and available to work all days.

This position is paid 100% commission of personal production and unit counts or state Min Wage, whichever is greater, with 25%–50% commissions based on production. A CRM is used daily for candidate tracking.

Qualifications

• Prompt for work and appointments with a professional appearance.
• Maintain an assigned CRM database daily with new prospects and calls.
• Promote prospects through service, cold calls and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at dealership standards.
• Log prospects and calls in CRM; track daily results.
• Follow department procedures for demonstrations and negotiations.
• Open and honest communication with customers and team members.
• Maintain showroom and inventory presentation; meet daily goals.
