Job summary

You will manage the full F&I spectrum, align with sales, and ensure compliant, timely funding while building trust with customers and lenders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive finance experience preferred.
• Experience with Dealertrack and ADP.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• DocuPad experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of DMV, title, registration, and banking processes.
• Ability to work effectively with lenders and financial institutions.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete F&I process from application through funding.
• Sell finance and insurance products while maintaining strong F&I income.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize dealership profitability.
• Build relationships with customers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Submit accurate paperwork to secure timely funding.
• Maintain Contracts in Transit and high attention to detail.
• Work with banks and manufacturer representatives.
• Participate in dealership training and development programs.
