Job summary

Bill Alexander Mazda Mitsubishi in Yuma, AZ seeks a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Producer to manage F&I processes, present and sell F&I products, and maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of F&I products and regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment. A state license or ability to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and insurance roles within automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid state license or ability to obtain one for selling insurance products is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding F&I products and processes.
• Work closely with sales staff to facilitate smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle financing and insurance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through effective product offerings and customer education.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and changes in regulations.
