Job summary

Wise Auto Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to lead our finance team, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer purchase experience. You will present finance, leasing, warranty, GAP, and protection products, secure financing, structure deals for profitability, and maintain strong lender relationships.

• 2-5 years automotive F&I management experience
• Proven history of strong finance production and product sales
• Knowledge of prime, subprime, lease, and special finance programs
• Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Present finance, leasing, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products professionally and ethically
• Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions
• Structure deals to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current with lender programs
• Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies, including Truth in Lending, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards Rule, and other applicable regulations
• Monitor funding and CIT while ensuring timely contract funding
• Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer buying experience
• Consistently achieve finance, product penetration, and profitability goals
• Maintain a high CSI while delivering an outstanding ownership experience
