Job description

Join to apply for the Email Lead Generation Specialist role at Motion Recruitment.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Email, Paid, and Lead Generation Marketing, as well as CRM expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in using Klaviyo to craft effective email lead generation campaigns that drive clicks and conversions, with extensive experience in drip campaigns. Familiarity with lead scoring is a plus. A background in CRM, particularly with Dynamics 365, is highly preferred. This role does not require expertise in Google paid ads or generalist marketing skills. The primary focus will be on creating targeted email strategies that generate high-quality leads and effectively nurture them through the sales funnel.

This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee and is open to remote candidates.

Contract Duration: 6 months plus

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize email lead generation campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage drip campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall lead generation strategies.
  • Leverage CRM tools (preferably Dynamics 365) to manage and segment leads effectively.
  • Score and prioritize leads to optimize follow-up and conversion efforts.
