Job summary

Incredible Health in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown unit. The role supports medium to high acuity patients with vital sign monitoring, IV management, and complex treatment plans.

Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, patient and family education, and precise documentation. Eligible candidates hold an ADN or higher, RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications; other shifts and scheduling options are available.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree (ADN) or higher in nursing is required.
Active RN license without encumbrances.
1 year in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar high acuity setting preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Provide care for medium to high acuity patients with close monitoring of vitals and IVs.
Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers and other staff for optimal care.
Educate patients and families on condition management and device usage.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policies.
