CentralIndiana Hancock - AMG Specialty Hospital is seeking a High-Acuity Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, all shifts, located in Greenfield, IN inside Hancock Regional Hospital.

Join our employee-owned LTAC with ventilator care, advanced wound management, and collaboration with RNs, physicians, and therapists to drive positive patient outcomes. Active Indiana LPN license, BLS/ACLS, and high-acuity experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensure: Active Indiana LPN license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS.
• Experience: Prior nursing in a high-acuity setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care for high-acuity patients under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and care interventions for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive patient outcomes.

Offering $7,500- Sign-On Bonus*for FT Licensed Practical Nurse

AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional,high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICUstays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company, our nurses have a literal stake in our success and enjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonal health system.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care forhigh-acuity patients, including ventilator monitoring, complex treatments,and advanced wound management under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and implement careinterventions for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapists,and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., Acutecare, Step-down, or high-acuity LTAC) is preferred. Must be an engaged, self-motivated clinician

Skills: Strong organizationalabilities; fluent in verbal and written English.
