AMG Specialty Hospital – Northwest Indiana is seeking an High-Acuity Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts at our Crown Point, IN campus. The role covers advanced LPN care, including ventilator monitoring and complex wound management, under RN supervision.

Qualifications include an active Indiana LPN license, BLS and ACLS, and experience in high-acuity settings. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits in a private LTAC environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensure: Active Indiana LPN license.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care forhigh-acuity patients, including ventilator monitoring, complex treatments,and advanced wound management under RN supervision.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., Acutecare, Step-down, or high-acuity LTAC) is preferred. Must be anengaged, self-motivated clinician
