AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana in Greenfield, IN seeks a High-Acuity Charge Nurse (RN) for FT all shifts. You will supervise nursing staff and provide advanced care within a boutique LTAC setting inside Hancock Regional Hospital.

We offer competitive market pay plus shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for FT RN. As an employee-owned company (ESOP), your contributions matter in a collaborative, specialized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.

Responsabilités

• Supervises clinical nursing team and delivers advanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Works collaboratively to keep CCO & CEO apprised of situations of that may place hospital at risk.
