Qualifications

• Previous experience as chef or cook highly desirable.
• Pass Benihana chef training program.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests within 15 minutes of teppan order.
• Perform a cooking show and interact with guests courteously.
• Provide information about Benihana foods during cooking.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables for cooking using kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and hibachi areas.
