Responsibilities include:

1. Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
2. Washing and sanitizing dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils according to company policies.
3. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal.
4. Performing prep work, opening/closing duties, and beautification tasks.
5. Preparing and maintaining the dish machine during the shift.
6. Standing and walking for 100% of the shift.
7. Reaching, bending, and stooping as needed.
8. Immersing hands in water with chemical solutions frequently.
9. Ability to speak, read, and write English.
10. Lifting up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift, including placing heavy loads on high shelves, coolers, and freezers.
11. Working in damp, high-temperature indoor environments and minimally outdoors.
12. Handling hot plates, pots, pans, and sharp utensils safely.
13. Supporting fellow employees as needed.
14. Completing and passing a food safety certification program.
