Job summary

GlobalPoint HC seeks an experienced CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team in Hawaii. The role requires active Hawaii Radiologic Technologist licensure, ARRT CT certification, and BLS, with 2+ years in an acute hospital setting. You will perform routine CT scans per radiologist protocols and work independently.

Shifts are 10 hours, varied by need, with no call. Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Vitrea workstation, and Canon/Toshiba CT units is preferred, along with experience in 3D

Job description

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. NO RTO WILL BE GRANTED IN THE FIRST 13 WEEKS OF CONTRACT Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment. Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer. Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT certification in Computed Tomography, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Shifts: shifts may vary by need. No call.

General Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years' work experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Must be able to scan per radiologist protocols, perform at minimum routine CT scans, and function independently without supervision.
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred.
• Experience with venipuncture, performing MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging, procedures like biopsies or drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke a plus.
