Job summary

GlobalPoint HC seeks a Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment in Hawaii. Must hold Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist licensure and ARRT certification, with at least 2 years of independent practice and dosimetry badge. Proficiency with Philips DR, C-arms, EPIC EMR, Konica DR preferred.

Shifts are days with an average of 3 call days per month; no guaranteed hours or time off. Arrive Friday before start for HR/EH clearance. No RTO in first 13 weeks of contract.

Qualifications

• Must have Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years independent radiologic technologist experience.
• Experience with radiographic equipment including DR and C-arms; EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures per protocol and safety standards.
• Maintain dosimetry badge and radiation safety practices.
• Coordinate with HR/EH; arrive on island as required for clearance.
• Travel assignment with variable shifts and no guaranteed hours.

NO RTO WILL BE GRANTED IN THE FIRST 13 WEEKS OF CONTRACT Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. General Requirements: : Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of all radiographic equipment to include DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, portable DR equipment. Must be assigned a dosimetry badge. Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro and EPIC preferred. Traveler must arrive on island the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments. Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer. Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
