Benchmark Senior Living in Scotch Plains, NJ, is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team. You will deliver care to our residents in a warm, home-like environment, with schedules from 7a–3p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and engaging residents with meaningful activities while providing emotional support. Prior nursing home or assisted living experience is preferred but not required, with dementia experience

Qualificações

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Benchmark at Scotch Plains is looking for a compassionate HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Schedules available 7a to 3p, 3p to 11p, and 11p to 7a

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA license required
