Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide care in a warm, home-like environment in Massachusetts. This part-time role offers shift options from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with pay ranging from $18 to $19.25 per hour.

You will assist residents with daily living activities and document changes in health or behavior for the care team. Previous CNA/HHA/LNA licensing is required, with preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
