Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment for our residents in Plymouth, MA. This part-time role offers daytime and evening shifts and compensation of $19–$20.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and supporting residents with meaningful activities, while reporting changes to the nursing staff. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part time 7am - 3pm

Part time 3pm-11pm

Part time 11pm-7am

$19/hr - $20.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
