Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like setting. The role focuses on daily living activities, emotional support, and clear communication with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA/HHA/LNA license, with preference for experience in skilled nursing or dementia care; training and uniforms are provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive attentive care.
• Other duties as needed.

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
