Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In a warm, home‑like environment, you will support residents with daily tasks, monitor health, and document changes to ensure high‑quality care.

This per diem role offers flexible shifts and competitive pay of $18–$19.25 per hour, with training and benefits provided by Benchmark. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team and gain experience caring for residents across memory care and skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment.

Per Diem - all shifts

$18/hr – $19.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
