Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and communicate health changes to the team, while supporting residents’ emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Document care provided and report health or behavioral changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
