Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Marlborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment. The role emphasizes daily living support, documentation, and resident engagement, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred, and dementia care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
