Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Stockbridge, MA is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide high‑quality in‑home care to seniors in Stockbridge and surrounding communities.

Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered, with a $250 sign‑on bonus for qualified new caregivers after 90 days. As an in‑home caregiver, you will assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least 20 hours per week.
• No unexcused absences during the first 90 days.
• English communication is required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or homemaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Run essential errands when needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home for clients

Your Responsibilities May Include
