Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Stockbridge, MA and surrounding communities. Competitive pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with pay based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Flexible and consistent scheduling, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to fit your life. As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes,

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiving traits required.
• Must be able to communicate in English with clients and supervisors.
• Flexibility to handle different shifts and caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and client preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and supervise clients as directed.
• Observe client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.
