Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to serve Lanesborough, MA, and surrounding communities. Whether you have PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker experience or are starting fresh, this role offers meaningful work with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with 2 to 12 hour shifts and day or overnight options. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days for qualified new caregivers.

- Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
- Providing companionship and emotional encouragement.
- Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
- Helping with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Running essential errands when needed.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Observing clients and reporting changes to the supervisor.
- Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.
Your responsibilities may include:
