Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring caregivers for Pittsfield, MA and surrounding communities to provide in-home care for seniors. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with shifts from 2 to 12 hours and day, evening, or overnight coverage.

Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days for qualifying new caregivers. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and free training.

Responsibilities

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Providing companionship and emotional encouragement

Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Running essential errands when needed

Providing medication reminders

Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
