Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors in New Salem, MA and surrounding communities. Positions include PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker roles with flexible schedules and various shift options to fit your life.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. New caregivers may qualify for a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Training is provided free for qualified applicants.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to the people who depend on you.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Running essential errands and grocery shopping

Providing medication reminders

Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

WHAT YOU BRING

Able to communicate clearly in English
