Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking caregivers for Dalton, MA and surrounding communities to provide in-home care to seniors. Roles include PCA/HHA/CNA and Homemaker, with 2–12 hour shifts and day, overnight, weekday and weekend opportunities.

Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a range of benefits including health insurance and 401(k). No experience is required, training is provided, and a dedicated office team supports you.

Qualifications

• Caring for seniors with respect and dignity.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes.
• Willingness to work 20+ hours per week.
• Clear English communication and listening skills.
• Training provided; no experience is not a barrier.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Run essential errands when needed.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home for clients.

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
